There are many schools of thought regarding websites, however I will start with a plan that has worked well for my agency in handling many complex marketing projects at the same time. The points below will be expanded upon in detail, to form a working manual that both of us can follow in order to keep on target.

The key steps we will take are as follows, starting with an interview (phone and e-mail) based on a simple questionnaire (audit) to determine the position, objectives, resources, timetable and expected results:

Merchandising, Trade offs, Link exchanges

8. Education

Working with and targeting the educational community.

Timetables and priorities from Day 1

10. Financial

Installing and using PayPal, Fees, budgeting, credit cards.
