Expedition in the Galapagos Islands
MIAMI.
Guests of Galapagos Network can join wildlife
photographer and conservationist Tui de Roy on
Ecoventura's M/Y Letty June 8 to 15, 2008, for a
rare photo expedition in the Galapagos
Islands. De Roy has published numerous
articles in books in many different countries
around the world and has appeared on various TV
programs. She has won numerous awards for
photography and her role in conservation.
This is a unique opportunity to be in the company
of a leader with vast knowledge of the islands and
a deep understanding of current issues. She
is an engaging conversationalist, but rarely leads
tours. Only on this trip departure, will
guests have the opportunity to be in the company of
fellow avid photographers. Together they will
take advantage of the best light of the day and
follow a schedule ideal for
photographers.
Dates
are June 7 to 16, 2008 and prices per person in
double occupancy range from $3750 to $4300.
The trip includes cruise accommodation and all
meals for seven nights, guide and trip leader
services on all excursions, use of snorkelling
equipment, wet suits and kayaks, airport
transfers, round trip airfare from Guayaquil
to Galapagos, park entrance fee and two nights
hotel accommodation in Guayaquil at the Oro Verde
including tax and breakfast.
