FORT WORTH, Texas: American Airlines and American Eagle customers can get away for as little as $49 each way* as American launches an autumn fare sale to destinations throughout the U.S. and around the world.

All: Unless otherwise indicated, all amounts shown are in USD. Fares are each way based upon round-trip purchase and are for off-peak travel. Fares do not include: (i) up to $18 per round trip in local airport charges; (ii) federal excise tax of up to $3 per U.S. domestic flight segment (one takeoff and one landing); (iii) Travel Facilities Tax of up to $13.40 per round trip for domestic flights beginning or ending in Alaska or Hawaii; (iv) for Canada destinations, applicable Federal Inspection Fee of $6 per round trip and Air Traveler Security Charge of up to $24 CAD per enplanement originating at a Canadian airport; and (v) for international itineraries, government taxes and fees of up to $125 per round trip, depending upon routing, destination and currency exchange rates at the time of purchase. All fares are non-refundable/non-transferable.

U.S.: All travel must be completed by Dec. 18, 2003. Tickets must be purchased by Aug. 24, 2003. Travel is valid noon Monday through noon Thursday and noon to midnight Saturday. Travel to Florida is valid Sunday through Wednesday and from Florida Tuesday through Friday. Travel to Hawaii is valid Monday through Wednesday and from Hawaii Tuesday through Thursday. Reservations must be made 14 days prior to departure, and tickets must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure or within 24 hours of making a reservation, whichever comes first. Fares are non-refundable/non-transferable. Saturday-night minimum stay and 30-day maximum stay (three-day min/60-day max stay for Hawaii) requirements apply. Fares may not be available on all flights and are subject to change without notice. Other travel dates and times may be available at additional cost. Ticket changes may be made up to and including day of departure, if all restrictions applicable to the new fare are met by paying $100 service charge.

International: Tickets may be changed before departure by paying a $100 service charge ($200 for Europe) and meeting the restrictions of the new fare. All changes must be made on or before the date of the ticketed flight. For international travel, government taxes and fees of up to $125, varying by destination, are not included, and may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates at the time of purchase.

For Europe travel (except U.K.): Reservations must be made at least 21 days prior to departure and tickets must be purchased at least 21 days prior to departure or within three days of making reservations, whichever comes first. Fares are valid for travel Mondays through Thursdays with return travel complete by midnight Nov. 27, 2003. Travel must commence by Oct. 30, 2003. Saturday-night minimum and 30-day maximum stay requirements apply. Ticket changes may be made up to and including day of departure, if all restrictions applicable to the new fare are met by paying a $200 service charge.

 

For U.K. travel: Reservations must be made at least seven days prior to departure and tickets must be purchased at least seven days prior to departure or within three days of making reservations, whichever comes first. Fares are valid for travel from the U.S. Mondays through Wednesdays, and to the U.S. Tuesdays through Thursdays, with return travel complete by midnight July 29, 2004. Travel must commence by Oct. 29, 2003. Saturday-night minimum and nine-month maximum stay requirements apply. Ticket changes may be made up to and including day of departure, if all restrictions applicable to the new fare are met by paying a $200 service charge.

For Mexico travel: Reservations must be made at least seven days prior to departure, and tickets must be purchased at least seven days prior to departure or within three days of making reservations, whichever comes first. All travel must be complete by midnight Dec. 15, 2003. Fares are valid for travel Mondays through Thursdays and must commence by Dec. 11, 2003. Saturday night minimum and 30-day maximum stay requirements apply.

For Latin America travel (except Argentina): Reservations must be made at least seven days prior to departure, and tickets must be purchased at least seven days prior to departure or within three days of making reservations, whichever comes first. All travel must be complete by midnight Dec. 4, 2003. Travel is valid every day of the week and must commence by Dec. 1, 2003. Three-day minimum and 60-day maximum stay requirements apply.

Other: Seats are limited. Fares may not be available on all flights and are subject to change without notice. International fares are subject to government approval. Cancellation/change fees and other restrictions, including forfeiture, may apply. Other travel dates are available at additional cost. Advertised fares are valid only on American Airlines, American Eagle and AmericanConnection and do not apply to flights on any oneworld member airline or other codeshare flights.
